Advanced Skills Teacher at Saint Aidan’s CE Technology College & MD of dragndrop interactive mathematics ltd
Brendan Coe has been teaching Mathematics since 1989 and was the first teacher of Mathematics to achieve Advanced Skills Teacher status in the UK in July 1998. He has been creatively using Promethean interactive whiteboards and voting systems since 1999 and has sells resources for interactive whiteboards via his company dragndrop interactive mathematics limited. The activities on the dragndrop CDs are fully interactive, directly engaging pupils in the completion of Mathematical tasks and provide a ready-made resource for Secondary Mathematics teachers (ages 11-16) to use without detailed preparation. Brendan currently works at Saint Aidan's Church of England Technology College near Blackpool and also with teachers and Mathematics departments across Lancashire.
